Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and provide two simple methods for you to request the complete deletion of your data and interaction history from the 'EventMngtBot' Chatbot.

Data deletion covers all messages, identifiers (like your WhatsApp ID / Telegram chat_id), and technical metadata stored by our systems related to your use of the Chatbot..

This is the fastest and easiest way to stop the service and delete your data:

1. Open the Chat: Go to your conversation with the EventMngtBot on WhatsApp / Telegram.

2. Send the Command: Type and send the word DELETE or STOP.

3. Receive Confirmation: The Chatbot will send a confirmation message acknowledging your request for termination and data deletion.

Alternatively, you may request data deletion by contacting our support team directly.

• Email Subject: Please use the subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST - CHATBOT

• Include Identifier: In the body of the email, you must include the WhatsApp phone number you used to interact with the Chatbot. This is necessary for us to locate and delete the correct user profile.

Important Final Notes

Method 1: Send a Deletion Command

• WhatsApp / Telegram Data: Deleting data from our system does not remove the messages from your personal WhatsApp chat history. You must manually clear your chat history on your device if you wish to remove those messages.

• Retention Period: After deletion, some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service analytics but will not be personally identifiable.

Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 business days of receiving the confirmation
