These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "EventMngtBot" WhatsApp / Telegram Chatbot ("Chatbot"), operated by Credo IT Consulting ("we," "us," or "our").

By messaging or interacting with the Chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Chatbot.

3rd-Party Platform: The Chatbot operates on the WhatsApp / Telegram platforms. Your use of WhatsApp /Telegram is governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's / Telegram's practices.

The Chatbot is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with its stated purpose (e.g., providing information, entertainment, specific utility).

Acceptance of Terms

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Chatbot to:

• Send any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially/ethnically objectionable.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

• Transmit any unsolicited advertising or promotional materials ("spam").

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Chatbot's underlying technology or the AI model.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the text, images, or other content ("User Content") you send to the Chatbot. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Chatbot service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CHATBOT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE CHATBOT.

• The Chatbot relies on Artificial Intelligence and may occasionally generate inaccurate, offensive, or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on the Chatbot for professional or critical advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial).

• We do not warrant that the Chatbot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Chatbot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of MCMC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our Content

All content generated by the Chatbot (text, graphics, logic, and software) is owned by Credo IT COnsulting or its licensors (including the AI provider) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CREDO IT CONSULTING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CHATBOT.
